Chevron Lecture Series
The Chevron Corporation provides funding for an annual luncheon each October featuring women leaders in science, engineering, and business. The entire CSM community is invited to this annual event.

The Continuum: A Celebration of Women at Mines
In the spring of 1999, Susan Rainey, a SWE member and graduating senior, wanted to honor and recognize the women graduating from Mines. Susan was responsible for bringing SWE, WISEM, and the CSM Alumni Association together to develop and sponsor the biannual event – “The Continuum.” Each fall and spring semester, on the Wednesday evening before graduation, family, friends, alumnae, and the CSM community are invited to celebrate the accomplishments of these women.

Women’s History Month
Each March, WISEM and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) co-sponsor a noon-hour luncheon event to celebrate Women's History Month. The CSM Diversity Committee supports festivities by coordinating displays, banners and give-aways to commemorate women's accomplishments throughout history.
